Return Policy

Buyers are not obligated to provide additional information to return an order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

In case of a product mismatch, Seller will need to replace the product at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, Seller will process a refund on customer order in accordance with Skyline.in Refund Policy.

In case of any missing or damaged parts, Seller will send a replacement part at no extra cost. In case shipping of the missing part is not possible, customer can either opt for a part refund for the missing part or issue a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, Seller will process a refund on customer order in accordance with Skyline.in Refund Policy.

In the above cases, even after a replacement, if a customer again receives a damaged product, a customer can claim a refund and Seller will need to process a refund on customer order in accordance with Skyline.in Refund Policy. Seller must accept returns using their own network from all PIN codes he/she has configured to deliver for all the above products.

Skyline reserves the right to unilaterally revise, modify, change, amend, or supplement these terms and conditions without any prior notice, at any time.

ELECTRONICS ITEM

The item will be replaced If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 3 days of receiving the product. We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 3 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues. In the rare event that you receive a damaged mobile, please create a replacement request within 3 days of receiving the product.
